Five-Year Affordable Housing Plan!
Fineview and Perry Hilltop Citizens Councils (FCC & PHCC) worked with planning and development consultants to create a strategic, prioritized, data-driven plan for preserving and meaningfully expanding the neighborhood's inventory of affordable homes. This Five-Year Affordable Housing Plan is a road map for achieving that goal. (Published in 2020)
Community Plan!
This Community Plan represents our comprehensive effort to engage residents, to identify community issues, and prioritize strategies that would revitalize the neighborhoods of Fineview and Perry Hilltop in a healthy and equitable way where all residents can benefit. (Published in 2018)
The 2 year planning process is complete. HUD accepted our plans for the transformation of Allegheny Dwellings and the surrounding communities. The planning process was a collaborative effort between Allegheny Dwellings Tenant Council, the Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh and Fineview Citizens Council. Partners at Perry Hilltop Citizens Council, Charles Street Area Council and California Kirkbride Neighbors were instrumental in the success of this plan. A full list of supporters of the Allegheny Dwellings Choice Neighborhood is available here or visit the Allegheny Dwellings Choice website HERE.
