Our community programs are designed to address the unique needs of our neighbors, fostering an environment of support, empowerment, and growth. Through our initiatives, we aim to provide resources, opportunities, and solutions that improve quality of life and promote social well-being.

Youth Workforce

Supporting youth post-graduation success through connection to workforce training which will lead to high-wage employment, ages 17-21

Youth Summer Sessions

Supporting youth ages 14-18 in on-the-job workforce training

Senior Support

Improving the quality of life of our seniors through hosting connection events and resource fairs

Senior Home Repairs

While funds last, up to $500 in repairs per household, ages 60+

Homebuyer Readiness

Connect prospective homebuyers to resource providers and offer supportive services and resource navigation to increase likelihood of success

Homeowner Services

Connect existing homeowners to resource providers for home maintenance and protection of their greatest asset

FREE Store

Provide free tangible resources to neighbors in need, available by appointment

Economic Development

Manage the cohesive development of our business district to ensure it benefits our neighbors with resources and employment opportunities

Housing Development

Manage the development of affordable housing throughout the neighborhood and encourage stability in the market

Community Advocacy

Resident Led Working Groups

Each working group is a resident-led volunteer initiative and inspired by the existing needs of the community. These collectives foster collaboration, volunteerism, and active participation from neighbors. Through our working groups, we aim to create sustainable, positive change that empowers neighbors to serve as community leaders, brings people together and improves our communities.

Litter Brigade

Lead litter collection throughout the neighborhood and campaign for a cleaner community

Block Champions

Connect with neighbors to understand shared concerns, disperse news throughout the community and create connection events amongst neighbors

Public Safety

Promote safety through connection and communication with neighbors, partners and public safety officials

Work to effectively disperse updates and resources to neighbors through social media, printed newsletter and more
