GARDENS

Unity Corner Weekly Weeding 9am on Thursdays
FCC and PHCC partners with Tricia Patsilevas to host weekly volunteer opportunities at the Unity Corner Garden. Gardening tools can be provided and volunteers are always welcome.

Fineview Community Garden Weeding 5-6 PM Wednesdays

Garden Steward, Jon Hanrahan, hosts weekly volunteer opportunities at the Unity Corner Garden. Gardening tools can be provided and volunteers are always welcome.

LITTER BRIGADE

Litter Clean Up and Neighborhood walk, 5-6 PM Mondays

The Litter Brigade walks weekly (February thru November) and joins forces with other Northside groups to tackle larger clean up efforts through the Litter League season (April thru March). In 2023, more than 28K lbs have been removed from our hillsides and streets.

- Housing Authority of Pittsburgh Board Meeting (4th Thursdays, 10:30am)
- Land Bank Board Meeting (2nd Fridays, 1:00pm)
- Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh Board Meeting (2nd Thursdays, 2:00pm)
- Public Safety Meeting - The Northside Public Safety Council meets in the MCC Community Room (1319 Allegheny Ave, Floor 1) the first Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:30 PM.
