Fineview Citizens Council (FCC) and Perry Hilltop Citizens Council (PHCC) began collaborating in the winter of 2016. This partnership was started in large part by the redevelopment of Allegheny Dwellings. FCC and PHCC realized this development project would have a large impact on our communities and that we didn’t have the capacity to respond to it, nor did we have a comprehensive community plan to inform the development.

Since that time, our two organizations have done quite a bit of collaborative work. We even raised funding to hire two full-time staff members.

FCC and PHCC are currently in the process of partnering to produce a joint comprehensive community plan that will inform future neighborhood development and put forward a shared vision for our communities.
